We are hiring for TOP MNC for Property and casualty insurance & Life and Annuities trainer- Team Lead. Work Location- Noida Job Role- Team lead (Property and causality trainer) Salary- 7.70LPA Years of experience- 6+ Years - 13 Years. (Must have team lead experience on paper) Shift- Night shift. Work Mode- Work from office. Notice Period- Immediate - 30 Days max. Qualification- Any graduate and postgraduate. Skills Required Must have a bachelor's degree in any stream. Must have team lead experience on paper. Certifications from LOMA & The Institutes is added advantage. Knowledge of Property & Casualty and Life and Annuities. Good critical and analytical thinking skills Effectively meets strict deadlines. Detail oriented and possess good organization skills. Effective written and oral communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated PC knowledge including Windows, MS Applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary. Willingness to render extended hour/s as the need arises. Experienced as a Training SME and Trainer for 6+ years (Out of 6+ years, core trainer 4+ years). People Management experience- preferably handling a team of trainers, SMEs or quality reviewers/analyst. Can work independently in a team environment. Takes initiative and proactively seeks quality solutions through continuous improvement.
