Job Description

Provide first-line support for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation.
Administer and maintain accurate employee data within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Workday Software.
Support various HR operational activities, including onboarding, offboarding, Payroll and benefits administration.
Prepare and process HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal services requirements.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various HR tasks, reporting, and communication.
Participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR service delivery processes.
Escalation Management
Manage individual workload effectively, demonstrating strong self-management and prioritization skills.
Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) service delivery or a similar HR operational role.
Brief understanding of US Payroll and Benefits administration
Demonstrated proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with specific experience in Workday Software.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and basic legal services compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
