Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection). Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms. Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fitment. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding activities (documentation, joining formalities, induction). Prepare offer letters and follow up with selected candidates. Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when required. Support other HR functions like engagement, exit formalities, and performance cycles.
