Job Summary
The HR Service Delivery Senior Associate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional support.Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation.
- Administer and maintain accurate employee data within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Workday Software.
- Support various HR operational activities, including onboarding, offboarding, Payroll and benefits administration.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal services requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various HR tasks, reporting, and communication.
- Participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR service delivery processes.
- Escalation Management
- Manage individual workload effectively, demonstrating strong self-management and prioritization skills.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) service delivery or a similar HR operational role.
- Brief understanding of US Payroll and Benefits administration
- Demonstrated proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with specific experience in Workday Software.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and basic legal services compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with Global locations and employees
