Talent Development Team - Data Analyst (Innovation and Insights)
This role will require you to be a skilled Data Analyst to join the Talent Development team and focus on analyzing learning trends within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data related to employee learning and development programs. They will provide insights and recommendations on what is working well and areas for improvement to enhance our learning initiatives.

Your key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to employee learning and development programs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize learning trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve learning programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelors degree (Preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field)
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the field of learning and development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
