Job Description

The opportunity
At GDS, you will collaborate with EY teams on exciting projects and work with teams and stakeholders from across the globe. We will introduce you to an ever-expanding ecosystem of people, learning, skills and insights that will stay with you throughout your career. We will also provide the tools and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way. Your key responsibilities

Collect and analyze data related to employee learning and development programs.

Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to inform decision-making.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize learning trends.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve learning programs and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and objectives.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field)

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the field of learning and development.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Preferred skills

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.

Ideally, youll also have
