Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Track procurement & expense data from ERP daily
Validate incoming material cost vs purchase orders
Analyze expense patterns (transport, subcontracting, services)
Flag deviations from budget or unusual spends
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and exception reports
Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts & Manufacturing departments for corrective actions
Support CIA Head with cost improvement projects
Prepare reports for internal audit and finance control
Participate in vendor performance reviews (cost side)

Develop SOPs and formats for cost tracking
