Role & responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels like Naukri.
    • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives:

    • Design and execute engagement activities to enhance employee experience.
    • Support HR projects and organizational development initiatives.
  • HRIS Implementation:

    • Implement and maintain HRIS platforms like

      HRone, Keka

      , or similar systems.
    • Ensure accurate data management and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    MBA (Full-time, Regular) in HR.
  • Experience:

    06 years in HR roles with strong exposure to

    Talent Acquisition

    and

    HRIS

    .
  • Technical Skills:

    Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (HRone, Keka, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Local candidates from Rourkela/Siliguri or nearby areas in Odisha only.
