Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels like Naukri.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives:

Design and execute engagement activities to enhance employee experience.
Support HR projects and organizational development initiatives.

HRIS Implementation:

Implement and maintain HRIS platforms like
HRone, Keka
, or similar systems.
Ensure accurate data management and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
MBA (Full-time, Regular) in HR.
Experience:
06 years in HR roles with strong exposure to
Talent Acquisition
and
HRIS
.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (HRone, Keka, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Local candidates from Rourkela/Siliguri or nearby areas in Odisha only.
