Job Description

Assistant Manager HR

To carry out routine HR Functions and employee life cycle.
To meet Statutory Compliances
Coordination with land acquisition department for providing inputs on new acquisitions.
Liaison with statutory authorities and other stake holders for land acquisition, resettlement, rehabilitation, mining rights, etc.
Liaison with Government officials at local and state level for legal and operational clearances.
Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions.
Work with senior management to resolve employee and local issues.
Day to day liaison with CSR agency for mobilization and counselling of beneficiaries.
To prepare and Submit MIS in timely manner
Liaison with key stakeholders (PAFs and PAPs) in and around the Mining Lease.

Eligibility Criteria and Experience

He/She should possess MLW/MSW/MBA(HR)/MHRM/PGDBM (HR) from any of the universities established under the Central or a State act in Indian or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of University Grants Commission Act, 1956.The above degree will not be accepted gained through distance learning.
Post qualification work experience of 5 or more years preferably in Cement/Mining Industry.
Knowledge of commercial papers, Tender Terms & agreements and other commercial terms and conditions.
Familiar with labor laws and relevant State laws.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati, Hindi , language.
Proficient with Computer Microsoft Office
