Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RMG Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and coordination skills, hands-on experience in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage resource allocation, bench utilization, and demand-supply planning. Responsibilities

Coordinate with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to manage staffing requirements and resource allocation.
Maintain and update resource tracking sheets, project allocation reports, and bench dashboards using Excel.
Analyze resource utilization and provide regular reports on demand-supply gaps.
Support demand forecasting and plan proactive resource movements.
Work closely with business and project managers to identify upcoming needs and potential redeployment opportunities.
Track new joiners, internal movements, and exits to ensure data accuracy in RMG systems.
Facilitate internal deployment by mapping available talent to open requirements.
Participate in weekly/monthly review meetings and provide relevant RMG reports.
Assist in improving RMG processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines. Qualifications
Bachelordegree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
36 years of experience in Resource Management / Workforce Planning / Project Staffing .
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical, planning, and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Exposure to RMG tools or internal allocation systems is an added advantage. Essential skills
