Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RMG Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and coordination skills, hands-on experience in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage resource allocation, bench utilization, and demand-supply planning. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to manage staffing requirements and resource allocation.
- Maintain and update resource tracking sheets, project allocation reports, and bench dashboards using Excel.
- Analyze resource utilization and provide regular reports on demand-supply gaps.
- Support demand forecasting and plan proactive resource movements.
- Work closely with business and project managers to identify upcoming needs and potential redeployment opportunities.
- Track new joiners, internal movements, and exits to ensure data accuracy in RMG systems.
- Facilitate internal deployment by mapping available talent to open requirements.
- Participate in weekly/monthly review meetings and provide relevant RMG reports.
- Assist in improving RMG processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines. Qualifications
- Bachelordegree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in Resource Management / Workforce Planning / Project Staffing .
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Exposure to RMG tools or internal allocation systems is an added advantage. Essential skills
