Junior HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Comprehensive training will be provided by Proconnxt to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process (scheduling, feedback, updates).
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required).
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Work Schedule

Monday Friday:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday:
Half day (till 1:30 PM)

Compensation

Basic Salary:
5,000 per month +
HEFTY INCENTIVES
Incentives:
Performance-based incentives ( Approx 20k - 50k )
