Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS updates
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Address employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidates will be preferred.

Hindi speaking is preferred
