KRAs -

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all categories.
  • Coordinate with functional heads for manpower planning and deployment.
  • Facilitate onboarding, induction, and initial training for new joiners.
  • Preparation of Training Calendar
  • Coordination of Internal and External Trainings
  • Drive plant-level engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives.
  • Organize cultural, and employee well-being activities.
  • Address grievances promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate the annual goal-setting and appraisal process.
  • Support line managers in employee performance reviews and development planning.
  • Assist in skill development and capability-building initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HRIS data.
  • Support monthly payroll inputs, shift management, and leave administration.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
