Job Opportunity: HR Recruiter (Freshers / Early-Career) Day Shift

Conduct initial HR screenings & coordinate interviews
Build professional relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process

Maintain proper recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements

Any Graduate or Post-Graduate
Freshers or up to 2 years in recruitment (for experienced role, prior non-IT recruitment only)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) fluency & confidence mandatory
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, job portals)
Strong interpersonal & convincing skills
Active, professional, career-oriented personality
