HR Associate

Purpose of Role:

• HR Associate is responsible for End to End Recruitment Process for our Clients.

Activities:

• Understanding the Client Mandate and carrying out a requirement analysis
• Formulating the Sourcing Strategy and sourcing the Right Fit Candidates from sources such as Portals, Professional Networking Sites, Social Media, Headhunting and Cold Calling etc.
• Conducting Telephonic Interviews and carrying out a detailed assessment of the Candidate based on the Short listing Parameters.
• Along with their CVs, writing candidate assessments / evaluation reports and presenting it to the clients
• Candidate and client engagement throughout the Recruitment process.
• Obtaining feedback and handholding the candidate and the client throughout the interview process including the negotiation process.

• Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of candidates
• Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking appropriate questions
• Coordination Skills: Organising interviews/ recruitment drives

• Oral Expression: Articulate information and ideas well so others understand your point of view
• Collaborate closely with the Director in order to ensure better productivity with respect to the time specified for any mandate

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Minimum Graduation and MBA will be preferred
• 0- 4 years experience post graduation

• Self-starting personality, pro-active and self-motivated
