HR Associate

As an HR Associate at our company, you will be a valuable member of the team, playing a crucial role in supporting daily HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes. Your excellent organizational and interpersonal skills will contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientation. - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy. - Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events to enhance team spirit. - Draft various HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, exit letters, and HR communications. - Collaborate with the HR team to enhance HR processes and improve the overall employee experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role, with internship experience also being considered. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
