Job Description

As the HR for this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. Your role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. - Coordinate interviews and selection processes. - Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding formalities. - Employee Records & HR Administration - Maintain and update employee files and HR databases. - Prepare HR-related letters and documentation. - Employee Engagement & Training - Coordinate staff welfare activities and engagement programs. - Support training and development initiatives. - Compliance & Policy Implementation - Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information. - General HR Support - Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes. - Support HR Manager in day-to-day operations.
