Job Description: This role will be critical in coordinating the movement of goods within India, optimizing logistics costs, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all logistics activities are efficient, cost-effective, and well-documented. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the movement of goods across India, ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries. Collaborate with the Purchase team, Warehouse staff, and Transporters for smooth execution of logistics processes. Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Plan logistics activities to ensure minimum cost while maintaining high service levels. Keep accurate records of all domestic logistics costs, and assist in budgeting and cost management. Required Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external teams. Good understanding of logistics operations, transport networks, and cost management. Proficiency in MS Excel (or similar tools) for tracking logistics schedules and cost data. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
