Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Management Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate stock monitoring, efficient procurement, and optimized inventory control to support our global operations.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s Degree in B. Com or B.Sc.
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Exposure to purchase cycle forms & inventory control tools

Skills Required

MS Excel:

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation
• IF / Nested IF formulas
• Conditional Formatting
• Reorder Point Calculations / ABC Analysis

Additional:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and organizational efficiency
• Effective communication and coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels using ERP/inventory software
• Track stock aging and movement; apply FIFO/FEFO
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Identify and manage slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory

Stock Replenishment & Warehousing

• Manage reorder levels based on EOQ, forecast, or consumption
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for bin management and audits
• Monitor lead times to avoid stockouts or overstocking
