Inventory Management Executive

Job Title: Inventory & Catalogue Executive (E-commerce) CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Catalog Executive with at least 1 year of e-commerce experience to manage backend operations for our Amazon, Blinkit, and other marketplace businesses. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth supply chain operations and maintaining premium-quality product listings. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Inventory Management & Shipments Monitor live stock vs. warehouse stock. Forecast weekly replenishments and create Blinkit shipments. Coordinate with operations for dispatch and timely ASN uploads. Catalog Management & Content Optimization Upload/manage SKUs with accurate titles, descriptions, and images. Ensure product listings are error-free and meet premium standards. Regularly update content based on keyword indexation and competition trends. Copyright & Compliance Track competitor infringements and report violations. Ensure GST details, pack sizes, and content meet Blinkit standards. Keyword Indexation & SEO Monitor keyword rankings and indexing. Optimize titles, descriptions, and backend keywords for better visibility. Data Analysis & Reporting Prepare weekly dashboards for sales, stock, and claims. Share actionable insights with the Category Manager. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations/catalog management (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, or similar). Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, reporting). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with warehouse and category teams. Familiarity with Blinkit Seller Panel is a plus.
