About the Role

detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day inventory operations, including:
  

• Order processing and fulfillment

• Inventory tracking, updates, and reconciliation

• Shipment scheduling and delivery coordination

• Maintain

  optimal stock levels

  to meet customer demand while avoiding overstocking.
• Ensure

  system accuracy vs. physical stock

  through cycle counts and regular audits.
• Analyze

  sales trends, seasonal demands, and lead times

  to improve forecasting.
• Coordinate with

  suppliers and vendors

  to ensure timely delivery and manage lead times.
• Organize and optimize

  warehouse layout

  for accessibility and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Implement

  loss prevention measures

  to reduce shrinkage, theft, and damages.
• Collaborate closely with the

  logistics and packaging teams

  to support smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in

  inventory management, warehouse operations, or e-commerce logistics

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock audits

  .
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (Marathi knowledge is a plus).
  
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle operational challenges.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
  
• Prior experience working with

  jewelry products

  in an e-commerce setup.
• Exposure to inventory and logistics platforms such as

  Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, eShipz, Gokwik Dashboard

  , or similar.
