About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive “Inventory Operator ” to join our e-commerce team in Tilak Road, Pune. This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, logistics, or backend coordination especially within an e-commerce environment. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love solving day-to-day operational challenges, we’d love to hear from you.  Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including: ○ Order processing and fulfillment ○ Inventory tracking and updates ○ Shipment scheduling and delivery coordination Required Skills & Experience : 1.Inventory Planning & Control – maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking. 2.Stock Accuracy – ensure system counts match physical counts through regular cycle counts and audits. 3.Demand Forecasting – analyze sales trends, seasonal patterns, and lead times. 4.Supplier Coordination – track deliveries, manage lead times, and expedite orders when necessary. 5.Warehouse Organization – oversee storage layout, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and accessibility. 6.Loss Prevention – identify and minimize shrinkage, theft, or damage. Preferred Qualifications _Graduate Prior experience working with jewelry-based products in an e-commerce setting will be a significant advantage.
