Job Summary: The Inventory Management Executive is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting smooth supply chain operations. This role involves tracking, analysing, and reporting inventory movements, managing stock replenishment, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and wastage. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control & Monitoring Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure sufficient availability without overstocking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in ERP systems or inventory management software. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data to identify discrepancies. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and categorization of all inventory items. Data Management & Reporting Generate and analyse inventory reports including stock aging, turnover rates, reorder levels, and shrinkage. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory summaries for management review. Assist in demand forecasting by analysing historical data, seasonal trends, and sales projections. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure inventory requirements are met. Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and inventory shortages or surpluses. Assist in planning and execution of stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory valuation processes. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify and implement improvements in inventory management processes and controls. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements regarding inventory handling. Support automation and digitization initiatives for inventory tracking and reporting. Job Description The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management. The role ensures smooth receipt, storage, dispatch, and transportation of goods, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and statutory requirements. Warehouse Operations Manage the receiving, storage, and issuing of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Implement proper binning, stacking, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate periodic stock audits. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse. Logistics & Dispatch Plan, coordinate, and monitor the dispatch of customer orders. Liaise with transporters/couriers to ensure timely and complete deliveries. Prepare and verify all logistics-related documents (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.). Optimize freight costs and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs. Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate records of inward and outward goods. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, dispatches, and logistics performance.
