Role & responsibilities

HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Zoho Recruit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings across job portals
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain candidate database and track pipeline in Zoho Recruit
  • Handle offer letters and joining formalities
  • Candidate onboarding and HR documentation
  • Support internal referral programs and campus hiring

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA/PGDM/MSW preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT or digital agency background preferred)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar tools is a plus
