Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Zoho Recruit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Draft job descriptions and post openings across job portals
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate database and track pipeline in Zoho Recruit
Handle offer letters and joining formalities
Candidate onboarding and HR documentation
Support internal referral programs and campus hiring

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA/PGDM/MSW preferred)
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT or digital agency background preferred)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar tools is a plus
