Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle—from understanding workforce needs to onboarding top talent—while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers

Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to create effective hiring plans.

  • Job Description Creation & Posting

Draft clear, compelling job descriptions and post them across various platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and career pages to attract quality candidates.

  • Proactive Sourcing

Identify and approach qualified talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, internal referrals, and resume databases—even targeting passive candidates when needed.

  • Resume Screening & Shortlisting

Review incoming applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, skills, and alignment with company culture.

  • Initial Interviews

Conduct phone or video interviews to assess a candidate's communication, attitude, and technical fit before moving them through the hiring funnel.

  • Interview Coordination

Schedule and manage interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned.

  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Organize and update candidate data, track hiring stages, and maintain records to enhance pipeline visibility and future talent needs.

  • Onboarding Support

Coordinate documentation, training schedules, and introductions to ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Track & Optimize Hiring Metrics

Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to evaluate recruitment efficiency and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and recruitment tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting tight hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employer branding, candidate engagement, and talent marketing techniques.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
