Key Responsibilities: ✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; schedule interviews. ✅ Pre-Joining Formalities – Ensure smooth pre joining formalities and onboarding. ✅ Recruitment Database & Pipeline Management – Maintain a strong pipeline for vacant positions. ✅ Background Verification & Reference Checks – Conduct necessary verifications before hiring. ✅ HR Metrics & Recruitment Analytics – Prepare hiring reports, track recruitment effectiveness, and provide insights. ✅ HR Operations Assistance – Support Senior HR executives in day to day operations as and when required. ✅ MIS Reports & HR Analytics – Assist in preparing hiring status reports, and workforce data analysis. ✅ Market Research & Salary Benchmarking – Gather data on hiring trends and salary structures. What we’re Looking For: ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔️ Experience in recruitment (Real Estate industry preferred but not mandatory) ✔️ Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes ✔️ Analytical mindset with an interest in HR metrics and data
