Conduct NDT activities: UT, MPT, DPT, and thickness gauging . Review and interpret inspection procedures, datasheets, drawings, isometrics, and specifications . Coordinate with client QA/QC and operations teams to plan and execute inspection schedules. Identify equipment anomalies such as corrosion, deterioration, bulging, cracks , etc., and recommend maintenance actions. Monitor and verify repair and maintenance work during shutdowns. Ensure compliance with ASME Sec VIII and applicable industry standards. Prepare detailed inspection reports and update equipment history records Mandatory Certifications: ASNT Level II in: Radiographic Testing (RT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) API 510 / API 653 certification preferred.
