About the Role:

The Electrician will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems, industrial machinery wiring, and control panels within the manufacturing plant. The role ensures smooth and safe functioning of electrical infrastructure to support continuous industrial operations.

Key Role Objectives:

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, inspection, and breakdown repairs of plant electrical systems and industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and lighting systems.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and machines.
• Ensure proper power distribution, earthing systems, and electrical load management.
• Maintain and update electrical maintenance records, breakdown logs, and safety checklists.
• Monitor availability and stock levels of electrical spare parts, cables, and consumables.
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety norms and operational procedures within the plant.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for timely support and issue resolution.

Basic Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical
• Experience: 2–3 years in industrial plant electrical maintenance, preferably in an engineering, brass, or metal components manufacturing unit
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, machine wiring, and control panel operation
• Good knowledge of electrical safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and industrial power distribution
• Ability to work on high-tension and low-tension systems as per plant standards
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jamnagar
• Updated CV with a latest professional passport-size photo is mandatory

Salary:

₹24,000 to ₹29,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
