Role & responsibilities Oversee daily and weekly fabrication activities, ensuring timely execution.Allocate resources effectively and monitor production schedules, material availability, and workforce efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with the QA/QC team.Supervise production teams, maintain an organized workshop, and enforce safety protocols.Align fabrication schedules with project deadlines and collaborate with project teams to optimize workflow.Implement process improvements and monitor material wastage to drive cost efficiency.Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.8+ years of experience in workshop management, preferably in architectural metal works or fabrication.Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and quality standards.Leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
