Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us build a strong and talented team. The role involves sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring. You will also contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
Requirements: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.Post job openings on portals and social platforms while building and maintaining candidate pipelines.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring timelines.Conduct HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and manage offer/onboarding processes.Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience with strong communication and multitasking skills.Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and HR processes is an added advantage.
