Key Responsibilities: Identifying and Generating Leads: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities and potential customers. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Developing and implementing lead generation strategies. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns promptly.Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Sales Process Management: Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations of products or services.Handling and resolving client queries and complaints. Negotiating and closing deals, including contract terms and pricing. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Tracking and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments, such as production, marketing and customer service, to ensure a positive customer experience.
