About the Role:

HR Recruiter

Key Role Objectives:

• Understand job descriptions and client requirements thoroughly.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, hiring trackers, and MIS reports.
• Assist in closing various vacancies across industries as per client needs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Basic Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment/HR functions (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary:

₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month [Negotiable] (Salary + Incentive)
