Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
Source and screen resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field (preferred).
0–1 year of experience in recruitment (internship/fresher acceptable).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
