Recruitment & Onboarding Source and screen candidates through job portas, referrals, and social media Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Handle pre-joining formalities, document verification, and offer roll-outs Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring status Reporting & Compliance Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards Internal Job Post Coordination IJP announcement and Coordination with Hiring manager Requirements Key Task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail Expertise And Skills Proficiency in excel is needed Proficiency in English and Hindi mandatory Benefits ESI PF Health Insurance
