The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. Key Responsibilities IT Asset Management:Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets.Track procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of IT equipment. Ensure optimal utilization and lifecycle management of IT assets. Security & Antivirus Management:Deploy, update, and monitor antivirus/anti-malware solutions across all endpoints. Implement security best practices to safeguard IT infrastructure. Google Workspace Administration:Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.). Troubleshoot access and functionality issues for employees.Ensure compliance with data storage and sharing policies. Access Control Management:Grant and revoke employee access to IT applications based on roles and policies. Document access privileges and audit logs for compliance. Change Management Oversight:Coordinate IT application updates, patches, and system modifications.Ensure changes follow organizational protocols with minimal disruption.Maintain a change log and communicate updates to stakeholders. Additional Duties:Provide technical support for IT-related issues.Assist in IT policy development and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable). Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement and support.
