IT Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The IT Administrator will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and supporting end-users with their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.

Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.

Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems such as Active Directory, email, and other business tools.

Respond to technical support requests and provide timely assistance to employees.

Ensure IT policies, procedures, and best practices are followed.

Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT solutions and infrastructure upgrades.

Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Monitor cybersecurity threats and apply patches, updates, and security best practices.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, networking protocols, and security tools.

Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and firewall management.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
