We serve a diverse clientele including IT & ITES, Corporate Offices, Pharma, Industrial, Hospitality, Healthcare & Public Sector etc delivering integrated and intelligent building solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive/Manager who will take ownership of our digital presence, lead generation campaigns, and online brand positioning. This role is vital in engaging with our target market, generating quality leads, and building awareness among decision-makers in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, and facility management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation & Campaigns

o Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting Facilities Managers, Security & IT Heads, PMCs, MEP and Cost Consultants.

o Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms tailored to industry keywords and target personas.

o Optimize lead conversion through landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email nurturing campaigns.

· Content Marketing & SEO

o Develop SEO-optimized content including case studies, white papers, blogs, infographics, and videos focused on fire safety, electronic security, and BMS technologies.

o Build editorial calendars focused on consultants, corporate real estate, and infrastructure audiences.

· Social Media & Engagement

o Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

o Create thought-leadership content to position Infiniti Building Solutions as a reliable systems integrator and AMC partner.

· Website & SEO Management

o Maintain and optimize the company website for performance, UX, and search visibility.

o Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

· Email Marketing & CRM

o Segment and nurture prospect lists via email automation (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools).

o Coordinate with sales teams to track digital leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.

· Analytics & Reporting

o Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and social analytics.

o Generate monthly dashboards and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the engineering, infrastructure, or building systems domain.

· Strong understanding of the building services ecosystem: MEP consultants, PMCs, FM companies, etc.

· Proven experience with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.

· Strong skills in content creation, SEO, and social media strategy.

· Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Canva.

· Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

· Experience working with Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, BMS or similar technology solutions.

· Background in marketing to real estate, construction, or industrial sector clients.

· Understanding of RFP/Bid marketing or consultant engagement workflows.
