Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Own paid marketing budgets and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
  • Build full-funnel paid acquisition journeys across awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging ad platforms.
  • Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimisation.
  • Run structured A/B & multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS while scaling revenue efficiently.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up proper attribution and tracking using GA4, GTM, pixels, and UTM.
  • Analyse performance metrics and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly campaign reports with growth recommendations.

Team & Collaboration

  • Manage internal executives, agencies, or freelancers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to improve ad performance and lead quality.
  • Train and mentor junior performance marketing team members.

Tools & Platforms Expertise

  • Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Business Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager
  • CRM & Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, WebEngage, Zoho, etc.)
  • Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI (optional)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Proven track record of reducing CPL/CAC and improving ROAS
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
  • Experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of funnel metrics, attribution models, and conversion tactics
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)
  • Performance marketing: 4 years (Required)
  • Digital marketing: 6 years (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
