Social Media Marketing Trainee

We are urgently hiring a Social Media Marketing Trainee to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Support in developing creative captions, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Monitor social media pages for comments, messages, and engagement.
• Assist in tracking analytics, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
• Strong passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Good communication and writing skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to work creatively and adapt quickly to changing trends.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
