Social Media Marketing Trainee

Accelaronix is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and storytelling through visual content.

As a Social Media Trainee, you will assist in managing and growing our social media presence as well as work on client projects including content creation, video shooting, and campaign execution. You’ll gain hands-on experience in real-world social media strategy, analytics, and creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos (reels, stories, etc.) for office and client projects.
• Create visually appealing graphics, posts, and stories for various social media platforms.
• Generate fresh and creative content ideas aligned with brand and client objectives.

Social Media Management:

• Manage, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure timely posting for both in-house and client accounts.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities.

Account Growth & Strategy:

• Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral formats to increase reach and engagement.
• Track analytics and performance metrics to measure content effectiveness.
• Suggest strategies to grow social media presence organically and through campaigns.

Client & Campaign Support:

• Assist in executing digital campaigns, collaborations, and influencer marketing activities.
• Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to deliver content on time.
• Contribute ideas and creative input for client pitches and brand strategies.

Trend Monitoring & Research:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and trends.
• Experiment with new formats, styles, and storytelling techniques.

Requirements:

• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (smartphone or camera).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
