Who We Are Looking For

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and tool requirements for a growing ITES organisation.
Proficient in setting up and managing M365 user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, including Outlook, Slack, Jira, and system software-related problems reported by end users.
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra, Intune, Purview, and Office 365.
Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, and Zero-Touch Enrolment.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as Atlassian Suite and Lucid Suite.
Good to Have:
Understanding of Cloud Architecture and Zero Trust frameworks.
Good to Have:
Programming or scripting experience to automate and streamline IT administrative tasks.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools through documentation and online resources

What You Bring

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Minimum of 4 5 years of experience as an IT Administrator.
Willingness to provide support during non-working hours to ensure zero downtime during business operations.
Strong knowledge of IT security principles; certifications in relevant security domains are preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with hub offices across India and global teams in Germany and other regions.
