Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 4–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality talent while enhancing the overall recruitment process and employer brand.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and databases.
  • Conduct initial screening, evaluate fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and release job postings across relevant platforms.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.


Interview & Selection

  • Schedule and conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Administer assessments, technical tests, and evaluation tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely closures.


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.


Documentation & Compliance

  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate records, and dashboards.


Employer Branding

  • Support HR initiatives such as campus hiring, job fairs, and social media branding activities.
  • Improve candidate experience and build a strong employer brand presence.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience (internal HR or staffing agency).
  • Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and talent markets.
