HR Recruiter

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and sharp HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and deep knowledge of the Delhi-NCR job market. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across levels.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and team needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated with Delhi-NCR job market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and skill assessments.
• Manage job postings on company career page and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Requirements:

• Must-Have:
• 06 Months – 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proven experience in hiring for Delhi-NCR region with knowledge of location-specific talent pools.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), ATS, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring pipelines.
• Good-to-Have:
• Experience in volume hiring or recruitment for sales, tech, or operations roles.
• Strong networking skills and existing connections in the Delhi-NCR corporate ecosystem.
