About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, from understanding the job requirement to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring the right talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, wed love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements for various roles and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidates qualifications and experience. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the entire interview process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates. Ensure timely closure of open positions by meeting hiring targets. Support HR activities as needed (offer roll-out, documentation, joining formalities, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 03 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals. Preferred Skills Experience in hiring for real estate / IT / non-IT roles (customize as per your company). Knowledge of HR processes and onboarding activities. Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
