Job Description

The HR Recruiter/Manager is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will manage a team of recruiters, develop recruitment strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Additionally, you will oversee workforce planning, employee retention, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and make recommendations for candidate selection. Workforce Planning: Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans. Analyze workforce data to forecast hiring needs and trends. Implement succession planning strategies to ensure key positions are filled with qualified candidates. Employee Retention: Develop and implement employee retention programs to reduce turnover. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work closely with HR teams to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on key recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance goals for the team and monitor progress against these goals. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in a recruitment role, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position, is a plus.. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws. Experience in workforce planning and employee retention strategies. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
