Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team at Panzer Technologies, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in recruitment and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in HR recruitment with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
