Job Description: HR Recruiter Steps N Storeyz Housing Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. You will play a key role in identifying the right talent, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring smooth hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for different roles within the organization.
• Post job openings on portals such as Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with managers and department heads.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes.
• Build strong employer branding through social media postings and online engagement.
• Collaborate with managers to forecast and plan future hiring need

Job Requirements Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience :

• 1 to 3 years in recruitment Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of online job portals .
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report and presentation preparation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both candidates and property owners.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
