Job Overview
Muditam Ayurveda, a fast-growing nutraceutical brand dedicated to holistic wellness, is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts. As the first point of contact for potential candidates, you’ll shape our team’s future by sourcing top talent, managing the end-to-end interview process, and building strong campus relationships.

Key Responsibilities-

• Source and engage high-quality candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referral networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Liaise with colleges and universities to plan and execute placement drives and campus recruitment events.
• Draft and post compelling job ads and detailed job descriptions to attract the right talent.
• Manage candidate outreach, follow-up communications, and assist with basic onboarding logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing proficiency across multiple channels, with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in english language).
• Skilled in crafting clear, targeted JDs and engaging job postings.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Compensation & Schedule
Competitive monthly salary of ₹30,000–35,000. This is a fully office-based role (Chattarpur, Delhi) requiring a six-day workweek to support our dynamic recruitment needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
