Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to database contacts to generate potential leads for our property services. Qualify leads by collecting relevant information (e.g., interest, budget, property type, timeframe) and hand over qualified leads to the sales team. Maintain and update accurate records of calls, outcomes and follow-ups in CRM or Excel. Follow up with interested prospects in a timely manner and track progress until hand-over. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for number of calls made, leads generated and qualified. Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to provide feedback from call interactions and help refine scripts/data quality.
