About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
– sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates.
Support in
onboarding and documentation
for new hires.
Help maintain and update
HR databases
, employee records, and attendance.
Participate in
employee engagement activities
and internal communications.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR documents.
Support HR team in
training coordination
and performance review tracking.
Perform administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
